เขาได้ขยายบริการวิชาชีพของเขาให้ครอบคลุมถึงเรื่องบัญชี ภาษีอากร การวางแผนโครงสร้างองค์กรโดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่ลูกค้าระหว่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ CK ยังได้ก่อตั้งสมาคมระหว่างประเทศ (CBBA) – องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชน (NGO) ขึ้น เพื่อให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำในธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศแก่สมาชิกที่ลงทุนในธุรกิจ
ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1995 ถึงปี ค.ศ. 2013 CK ได้เริ่มต้นอาชีพของเขาด้วยการเป็นผู้สอบบัญชีในประเทศมาเลเซีย ฮ่องกง และจีน หลังจากที่บริษัท Greenpro ได้จดทะเบียนเป็นบริษัทมหาชนจำกัดใน ปี ค.ศ. 2013 CK ได้รับหน้าที่เข้ามาดูแลแผนกลยุทธ์และการกำหนดทิศทางทางธุรกิจทั้งหมดของกลุ่มบริษัท Greenpro Capital
Gilbert มีความรู้ความชำนาญในด้านบัญชีและเป็นนักบัญชีมานานกว่า 30 ปี เขาได้รับการฝึกอบรม และได้รับการรับรองเป็นผู้สอบบัญชี โดยได้ทำงานให้กับ UHY (เดิมชื่อ Hacker Young) Chartered Accountant หนึ่งในบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ในกรุงลอนดอน ประเทศอังกฤษ ในระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1980 จนถึงปี ค.ศ. 1988.
Gilbert มีประสบการณ์มากมายในด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชี การทำบัญชี ภาษีอากร การกำกับดูแลกิจการในต่างประเทศ และการเข้าจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ประสบการณ์ต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ได้ทำให้เขากลายเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง และการควบคุมภายใน ให้กับผู้ประกอบการทั้งขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม
นอกจากนี้ Gilbert ยังเป็นสมาชิกของ CBBA และช่วยเหลือองค์กรในการพัฒนาด้านกิจกรรมเพื่อช่วยให้สมาชิก CBBA ทั้งหมดในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ

ในปัจจุบัน คุณประภากรดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการของกลุ่มบริษัท Greenpro KSP โดยรับผิดชอบในด้านพัฒนาธุรกิจ และบริหารทีมงาน
คุณประภากรจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี และปริญญาโทด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจจากมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง

คุณสุรภามีความรู้ความชำนาญในด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชี การทำบัญชี ภาษีอากร และระบบควบคุมการบริหารทางการเงิน ด้วยประสบการณ์มากกว่า 25 ปี
นอกจากนี้ คุณสุรภายังเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางด้านบัญชีและการเงินให้กับบริษัทในประเทศไทยหลายบริษัท และเป็นวิทยากรในการฝึกอบรมทางด้านบัญชีให้กับหลายองค์กร
คุณสุรภาเป็นเจ้าของ และเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการของกลุ่มบริษัท KSP ก่อนที่จะควบรวมกิจการกับกลุ่มบริษัท Greenpro Capital Corp.
ในปัจจุบัน คุณสุรภาดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการของกลุ่มบริษัท Greenpro KSP โดยรับผิดชอบในเรื่องการตลาด และบริหารทีมงาน
คุณสุรภาจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีจากมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม และปริญญาโททางด้านบัญชีการเงินจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
